ACOUSTIC ROCK - INSPIRED BY THE BITCOIN FREEDOM REVOLUTION

I call my music Acoustic Pleb Rock, but to keep it simple for people not yet orange-pilled, I am a one-person do-it-yourself band making Acoustic Rock, inspired by the Bitcoin freedom revolution.

Before starting The Higher Low, I have been the melodic punk rock band Fumble's singer since the nineties. Fumble released its latest album in 2022 and is still going strong.

I started writing songs for The Higher Low in 2021 when I had some free time on my hands during the weekends of longer business trips. I had considered doing a solo project for years but never found the right idea.

As background, I became interested in Bitcoin in 2017 and fell irreversibly down the rabbit hole a few years later. I'm especially interested in Bitcoin's freedom- and opportunity-spreading aspects, which have the power to break the legacy elites' stranglehold on ordinary people worldwide.

So came the idea for The Higher Low: Write short and punchy songs about Bitcoin's power to change the world without ever using the word Bitcoin in the songs. I recorded the first batch of songs during the 2021 Christmas break and released my first song, LFG, in January 2022.

One year later, in February 2023, I released my debut album full of Acoustic Rock Bitcoin Music, "Node To Freedom," now widely available on streaming services worldwide. My simple goals with The Higher Low are:

Make catchy songs that every acoustic campfire rock fan can like, even if they don't yet understand the world-changing power of Bitcoin.
Bring smiles to plebs' faces, and give me new ways to connect with the fantastic Bitcoin community worldwide.
Start as a grassroots one-person do-it-yourself project, as most free and open-source software projects have started, and perhaps add more layers and production value over time.
